
Refund and Returns Policy
This refund and returns policy explains how GZN Jewelry handles eligible returns, defective products and order issues for stainless steel jewelry, wholesale jewelry and OEM/ODM production orders.
For standard in-stock products, returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery. Products must be unused, undamaged and kept in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending any item back so our team can confirm the return reason, required photos and shipping instructions.
Before Requesting a Return
To review a return or refund request, we may ask for your order number, proof of purchase, clear photos or video of the product, packaging photos and a short explanation of the issue. For wholesale orders, please inspect the shipment as soon as it arrives and contact us quickly if cartons are damaged or products are missing.
Eligible Return Situations
- The item received is different from the confirmed order details.
- The item has a confirmed manufacturing defect.
- The item was damaged before delivery and supporting photos are provided.
- The return request is made within the eligible 30-day window for standard in-stock products.
Custom and OEM/ODM Orders
Custom logo, private-label, plated color, special size, sample development and OEM/ODM bulk production orders are made according to confirmed buyer requirements. These orders are normally not returnable after approval unless there is a confirmed production error or quality issue caused by GZN Jewelry.
Refunds
After an eligible return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible. Bank, card or payment-platform processing times may vary.
Exchanges and Replacements
If a product has a confirmed defect or production issue, we may offer a replacement, repair, exchange or refund depending on the order type and the nature of the issue. For wholesale orders, replacement handling can be arranged with the next shipment when appropriate.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return. If the issue is caused by our production or packing error, we will help arrange a fair solution. If the return is requested for buyer-side reasons, shipping and related costs may be the buyer’s responsibility.
