3. Product Orders & Payment

• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
• A deposit (usually 30-50%) is required before production begins.
• Balance payment is due before shipping.
• We accept T/T, PayPal, Western Union, and other payment methods.

4. Custom & OEM Orders

• Custom designs require a mold fee which is non-refundable once production begins.
• Sample approval is required before bulk production.
• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) vary by product — please contact us for details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Lead time: 15-25 days after sample approval (depending on order size).
• Shipping methods: DHL, FedEx, UPS, sea freight, or as arranged.
• All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Quality & Returns

• All products undergo strict quality inspection before shipping.
• Claims for defective products must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photos.
• Custom/OEM products are non-refundable unless defective.
